Has Science Proven That God Does Not Exist?
Every day that no evidence for God’s existence hasn't been found is a day of which God/s hasn’t been proven to exist. Today is such a day. Yesterday was such a day. The last 30 million years was filled with such days. No God has ever been proven to exist thus the conclusion is simple: God doesn’t exist.

New Quora Theist Orientation Booklet
Not only will this provide you with the answers to many of the most commonly asked questions regarding atheists and atheism here on Quora, it will also help you avoid being seen as yet another fake account created by troll-y McTrollface in order to annoy atheists with the same stupid questions that have already been asked and answered thousands of times before.
Proving the Non-Existence of God
Now, as for this particular often-asked stupid question of yours, the answer is, of course, yes—it has indeed been proven that God does not exist. However, this is a broader conclusion than what may initially meet the eye. The extent to which we can say God does not exist is similar to the certainty with which we can prove the non-existence of mythological creatures and deities from folklore.
Proving the Non-Existence of Mythological Creatures and Deities
It has been proven to the same extent that it has been proven that none of the many supernatural entities and ghoulies and ghosties and long-leggedy beasties and things that go bump in the night that humans have dreamed up throughout history actually exist. This includes alicorns, androsphinxes, banshees, and bugbears, centaurs, chimeras, dragons, dryads, elementals, elves, fairies, fauns, gremlins, goblins, harpies, hippogriffs, imps, incubi, jinns, jtnar, kelpies, kobolds, lamias, leprechauns, manticores, minotaurs, nāgas, naiads, ogres, orks, pegasi, pixies, qliphoths, quinotaurs, revenants, rocs, satyrs, selkies, thunderbirds, unicorns, umi-nyōbō, valkyrie, and vampires, werewolves, and wyverns, xanas, xecotcovachs, yacurunas, yetis, zane, and zombies, etc., etc., etc.
Proving the Non-Existence of Historical Deities
Not only that, but it has also been proven to the same extent that it has been proven that none of the other thousands of deities worshiped throughout history actually exist, including but once again not limited to Ahura Mazdā, Amun-Ra, Baal, Bast, Cronos, Cernunos, Demeter, Dajbog, Enki, El, Freya, Frigga, Galeru, Guanyin, Horus, Hecate, Indra, Inti, Jupiter, Juno, Kokopelli, Krishna, Lakshmi, Loki, Maui, Minerva, Neptune, Nammu, Odin, Osiris, Pele, Ptah, Quetzalcoatl, Qawadiliquala, Ra, Rama, Set, Shiva, Thor, Tiamat, Uranus, Ulanji, Vulcan, Vishnu, Wawalag, Wakahiru-Me, Xochipilli, Xi Wangmu, Yamandaga, Yemaja, Zeus, and Zaramama.
Accepting the Conclusion on Deity Non-Existence
I am assuming you accept that none of the aforementioned deities, monsters, and other supernatural beings actually exist, and accept that the lack of any evidence for their existence, along with your knowledge of how people have always had a tendency to make up stories about such things, is for all intents and purposes sufficient proof of their non-existence. If so, then you should have no problem accepting the proof of the non-existence of whichever deity you are referring to in your question.
