Handling the Truth: The Journey of Honesty and Persistence

There is a fundamental truth in life that lies are more difficult to handle than the truth. When one lies, they must continuously fabricate stories to maintain the illusion of truth. This ongoing process of deception requires constant effort and can lead to a highly complex and stressful situation. Conversely, telling the truth is simpler; you only need to speak the facts once without having to create other scenarios to support your lie.

The Preference for Truth

Personally, I have always preferred the truth over falsehood. I have accepted that the truth, no matter how difficult, is easier to handle. Over the years as a spouse, mother, daughter, and nurse, I have encountered many ugly truths. However, my positive personality traits such as being reserved, calm, fast learners, logical, patient, and hardworking have helped me overcome these challenges. I cherish the advice I received from previous bosses, who described me as a sense of calm, logical, and hardworking worker. These qualities have been invaluable in facing life's truths.

A Practical Perspective: Nature and Society

Nature itself adheres to the truth; what you see is what you get. In the grand scheme of things, we all follow similar life patterns: birth, eating, excretion, reproduction, and death. Seventy percent of the life forms on Earth and in the universe belong to this group. The other thirty percent live in different ways, yet the essence of the life cycle remains the same.

Acceptance and Humility

When someone asked, "What makes you think you can handle the truth?" I reflected on my role as a creator, fulfilling my purpose as God sees fit. I believe that the ability to handle certain truths is part of our divine mandate. It is a lesson of acceptance and humility, knowing that we are instruments of a higher purpose, and our strength lies in our capacity to face the truth and act accordingly.

Honesty and Simplicity

While societal norms emphasize honesty as a core moral value, maintaining a truthful life can simplify our existence. Living with fewer complications and complexities can make it easier to navigate life's challenges. Accepting the truth can lead to a more authentic and fulfilling life, one where we are true to ourselves and others.

Reflections on Life

Reflecting on recent movies and life experiences, I have come to realize that the truths we face are crucial to our growth and development. Whether I like it or not, I must confront the hard truths in various aspects of my life. The positive side of my personality, my reserved and calm nature, has been instrumental in my journey to overcome obstacles. When you are faced with the truth, remember that it is a part of the human experience, and it is essential to embrace it with openness and resilience.

Acceptance and Perspective

Ultimately, the acceptance of the truth, whether pleasant or unpleasant, is a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. It requires a mindset that embraces simplicity and authenticity, realizing that the essence of life is staying true to oneself and to the natural cycle of existence.
